Marina Bay Suites yesterday closed sales on 30 of the 36 units they released. Spread over nine floors, the units were priced between $2,167 per square foot and $3,133 psf, with analysts noting that they've commanded approximately 15 to 20 per cent higher than the initial 90 units first sold last year at $1,900-2,600 psf.
